Announcing Our Upcoming Mentee Program

We are excited to launch our new Mentee Program, uniquely connecting young women from the EU and the US with their peers in Afghanistan, fostering a global community of support, learning, and empowerment. This cross-cultural mentorship will create meaningful relationships that bridge geographic and cultural divides, enriching participants with diverse perspectives and shared experiences.

Through regular virtual meetings and collaborative activities, mentors from Europe and America will provide guidance, encouragement, and skills-building to Afghan mentees, helping them overcome barriers related to education, leadership, and personal development. At the same time, mentors will gain invaluable insight into the resilience and strengths of Afghan women, fostering mutual understanding and solidarity.

The program will emphasize leadership development, digital literacy, and career readiness, preparing mentees to navigate complex social and professional environments. It will also nurture confidence and critical thinking, empowering young women to become advocates and changemakers in their communities.

The program can accommodate mentees and mentors from a variety of backgrounds, ages, and experience levels, making it accessible to anyone eager to connect and grow.
